Unlike the rooms, the apartments are located farer from the restaurant and the reception area, still situated within the Masseria, yet immersed in the stunning countryside, and reachable in a few minutes’ drive.
It is possible to book our houses on a daily and weekly basis (from Saturday to Saturday in August)
The apartments are located on the ground floor and are all equipped with a living room and a fully equipped kitchenette, one bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a small private patio, with outdoor shower, and a dining set.
The holiday houses are all different from one another in dimensions and types; we rent different ranges of rooms: from studio flats suitable for 2 people to the biggest room that can host up to 5 people room.
The small houses do not have TV, and most of them are not equipped with air conditioning. We also provide a barbeque and a large private parking at guests disposal. The apartments do not have a swimming pool.
It is possible to calculate the rate according to the guests’ needs, from a basic rate comprising only the overnight stay to, only if you want, additional services, paying extra fees.
